Chris Crosby Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Chris Crosby represents the "Cro" in Vancro and is one of Vancro's two original co-founders. As of 2007, he serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. He is also the chairman of the Board of Directors. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and former U.S. Army Major. Chris is an Airborne and Air Assault qualified Ranger and has more than 14 years of experience as a Combat Engineer and Information Operations Officer. Chris deployed to Afghanistan from 2004-2005. He is an avid learner and desires to bring out the best in people and organizations. Since inception, Vancro has grown to over a $3M a year business. This has been accomplished as a team effort with all members of the leadership who share a common work ethic and desire to be the Global Intelligence Partner of choice. Vancro’s culture rewards people for their hard-work and innovation. Vancro is built on a tradition of entrepreneurship, integrity, creativity, fairness, diversity, and exceeding customer expectations on a daily basis.

Jason Vanderford Evans Chief Operations Officer / Board Member

Jason Evans represents the "Van" in Vancro and is one of two original co-founders. He spearheads Vancro's operations by offering strategic vision implementation, business/financial acumen, talent acquisition and empowerment, leadership, performance analysis, marketing, and business development while capitalizing on contracting trends, shaping contracting ventures and works with decision makers focused on opportunities within the Department of Defense, Federal Agencies, Department of Homeland Security and Department of Veterans Affairs. His industry areas of expertise include Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Intelligence Operations & Support, Technology Research and Development and Acquisition, Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) Exploitation and Training, Military Information Support Operations (Computer Network Operations, Electronic Warfare, Operations Security, Military Deception, Psychological Operations), Database Systems Development and Management, Business Management, and Project Management. He possesses over twenty-five years of US Army operations and Joint Defense Intelligence, Cyber Policy, Special Programs Analysis, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Support, Technology Acquisition and Research and Development (R&D), Targeting and Planning experience in support of Strategic, Operational, and Tactical operations supporting operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He served honorably until 2004 where he became an Independent Contractor/Consultant for the Department of Defense and worked as a key military advisor to combatant commands in both Afghanistan and Iraq from 2004 to 2014. He worked in the following capacities over a ten year period: Targeting Officer for 1st Information Operations Command, Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) with Combined Forces Command-Afghanistan in Kabul, Afghanistan, Information Operations Senior Advisor to Office of Security and Cooperation – Afghanistan, Military Deception Planner to Multi-National Division Baghdad, Iraq, Special Programs Integrator and Indoctrination Officer in support of the 4th Infantry Division and 1st Cavalry Division in Baghdad, Iraq, Counter Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Operations Integrator for the 1st Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division in Ramadi, Iraq, Action Officer for US Army G3/5/7 DAMO-ODI (Pentagon), R&D Senior Operations Officer for International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Joint Command (IJC) Office of the Chief Engineer (CIED Cell).

Major General James D. “Dave” Bryan, U.S. Army (Retired) Board Member

Major General James D. “Dave” Bryan, U.S. Army (Retired), is the President/CEO of Bryan Business Management and Technology, LLC. In this capacity he provides tailored advice and assistance to growth-oriented companies and senior government officials in the areas of leadership development, business management and development, information technology, cyber security, strategic business planning and IT portfolio management. BBMT supports high technology products and/or services companies who specialize in information technologies, network operations and cyber defense, enterprise architectures and services, space systems and mobile C4, identity management, cloud computing and related fields. Dave is the Chairman of the Board of Eutelsat America, Corp., a global satellite services company; a former Board Director of Cyber Squared, Inc.(now Threat Connect, Inc.) which focuses on proactive intelligence analysis of advanced persistent cyber threats, a Strategic Advisor of Vancro, Inc. an improvised threat defeat and analysis company, and a Strategic Advisor with DBNetworks, Inc., a cyber-security company with unique product capabilities that protect against SQL injection attacks, provide full database topography discovery and detect insider compromised credentials. He served as Board member and Investment Partner of Vigilant Watch Integration, Inc. that specializes in comprehensive enterprise architecture analysis and development that includes capital planning and investment control strategies. Dave serves(d) on numerous other boards and committees including his Church Vestry, the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Armed Forces Communications-Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Board of Directors for AFCEA’s Education Foundation, and the Board of Governors for Jacksonville State University’s Alumni Association. He is a featured speaker on network security issues at the Amphion Forum, a Senior Advisor to and Facilitator of AFCEA’s Leadership Forum, and a charter member of the Security Innovation Network and Cyber Conflict Studies Associations. Dave is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Corporate Board Director Program.

Andrew Bang Board Member

Mr. Bang is a financial services executive with comprehensive experience in investment management and business development in large corporate and entrepreneurial firms. He was most recently Founding Partner and the Managing Director of Drexel Hamilton Investment Partners LLC, an SEC registered investment management firm owned by veterans and service disabled veterans. He was responsible for forming the business, overseeing the general management of the firm to include sales/marketing, investments and operations. Mr. Bang successfully launched an equity long short Hedge Fund and six open-end Mutual Funds. He served as the President of the Drexel Hamilton Mutual Funds and the mutual fund board. He was the Fund Manager for the Drexel Hamilton Multi-Asset Real Return Fund and his experience includes public equity, hedge fund and private equity products. He was Senior Vice President at Shinhan Investment America, where he covered hedge funds and mutual fund managers in North America. He was a Relationship Manager at AIG Global Investments working with institutional clients invested in equity and alternative asset classes. Previous to AIG, he was a Client Portfolio Manager at GE Asset Management (GEAM) pension group where he oversaw $2.5 Billion in institutional clients’ investments in global and international equity portfolios. Mr. Bang managed client relationships at GE Equity’s start-up private equity group, Venturemine.com prior to GEAM. He began his financial services career at UBS investment bank in international equity, having transitioned to the financial services industry after serving six years in the U.S. Army attaining the rank of Captain. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. degree and also received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Myles Bartley Board Member

Myles Bartley is a partner with Denlea & Carton LLP, a boutique litigation firm based in New York. Mr. Bartley is an experienced corporate and trial lawyer who has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts across the country, as well as in multiple arbitration forums, including AAA, FINRA, JAMS, and before the Major League Baseball Players Association. He has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in complex commercial litigation. These clients have included Fortune 500 companies, major privately held companies, directors, officers, and other senior executives. Mr. Bartley’s commercial experience includes cases involving issues of breach of contract, fraud, insurance, RICO, real estate, insolvency and restructuring, and securities fraud. He also has significant experience handling matters involving complex financial products. Mr. Bartley has litigated cases addressing structured and securitized products, derivatives, asset-backed securities, and swaps. His cases frequently involve class actions as well as individual suits. Mr. Bartley has represented companies and individuals in both criminal actions and enforcement proceedings. Mr. Bartley has represented clients in matters brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the UK Serious Fraud Office, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Bartley graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon receiving his commission, Mr. Bartley served as an infantry officer, later was hand-picked to serve as a member of the Army’s elite 75th Ranger Regiment, and was subsequently promoted to Captain. Mr. Bartley received his law degree from Boston College Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Massachusetts, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. Prior to joining Denlea & Carton, Mr. Bartley practiced at the international law firm of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP for over 15 years. He is active in the New York City Bar Association and is the former chair of the City Bar’s Committee on Military Affairs and Justice. Mr. Bartley is also active in the community coaching youth sports, and serves or has served as a board member for the West Point Society of New York and Westchester ARC, Westchester’s largest agency serving people and families with disabilities.

Cory Brunner Vice President of Interpreting Services

Cory Brunner is the Director of Interpreter Services and comes to Vancro with over 20 years of experience working in the field of Interpreting. A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, she holds two national credentials from The Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf. Cory has served on numerous boards and advisory committees in both Massachusetts and in Vermont and is a member of the Options Interpreting Cooperative based out of Albany NY. She has served as President, Secretary, and Treasurer for the Vermont Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, and was a recipient of their “Outstanding Member Award” in 2016. Cory was part of several teams helping to coordinate the national organization’s regional conference and has effectively coordinated Interpreters in high demand and dynamic venues. Cory has taught Interpreting, and has run a mentorship program for Interpreter’s looking to gain their National credentials. She has been an Interpreter in private practice almost her entire career. Cory also brings project management experience to the team at Vancro. She is adept at navigating systems and interfacing with stakeholders. Her aim is to provide highly qualified Interpreters nationwide and to change the paradigm of Interpreter procurement to ensure that Vancro’s customers are met with exceptional service through the provision of the most qualified pool of designated Interpreters available. Darrel White Director of Defense Intelligence Services

Darrel White joined the Vancro Team in April 2017 as a Senior Operations Integrator with the Joint Improvised Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO) deploying to Kuwait and Iraq multiple times supporting the warfighter with intelligence collection and operational planning. Darrel came to the team after retiring from a 26-year career with the U.S. Army begining as an Airborne Combat Engineer in Desert Storm and then as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal specialist for over 19 years serving in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and in a special mission unit tasked with the protection of the National Capital Region from Weapons of Mass Destruction. Retiring as a Master Sergeant, he served as a First Sergeant of an EOD company, a Corps Operations Sergeant, a Battalion Command Sergeant Major, and the ISAF-Joint Command CIED Directorate Sergeant Major. He has trained and mentored Iraqi and Afghan bomb disposal personnel and engaged commands on how best to use EOD forces. Darrel is a subject matter expert in explosive ordnance, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) and holds a BA in Homeland Security and is actively pursuing a Master's degree focusing on Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. From his work at JIDO, he has gained a greater understanding of intelligence operations with regards to collection, dissemination, targeting, and fusion, plus a continually growing knowledgebase of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and the mission to counter these threats.
